Park improvements

A new play space was created in September 2015 as part of the Merlynston Linear Park - Development (Stage 1), featuring nature play elements, play equipment and new native plantings. Soon after, a basketball half court was installed at the park.

In June 2017, Merlynston Linear Park - Development (Stage 2) was completed and included a shade structure, barbecue, picnic table and drink fountain being constructed alongside the play space.
