Park improvements
In 2016, Council upgraded the park which involved refurbishing the play equipment, creating a nature play trail, installing new picnic furniture, and plantings and shade trees. See Gilmour Park upgrade for project details.
Park features
Walking your dog
At off-leash dog parks you must still keep your dog under control. You can find out more about these rules on our Park amenities and equipment page.
In all other public places, dogs must be kept in control with a leash, cord, or chain. Dogs are prohibited from the area around playgrounds or within creeks.
