Hire times

Available for hire from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week, subject to availability.

Hire rates

Bookings must be a minimum of 3 hours.

Penalty rates apply to any booking that exceeds confirmed booking times.

Bond

• $300.00 bond applies to all bookings
• $1,300.00 for events deemed high risk

Public liability insurance

• $29.85 public liability insurance available for community groups or private bookings.
• Commercial bookings must provide their own public liability insurance.

• Check availability and request a booking online for the Coburg Senior Citizens Centre.
• An email will be sent to you with a booking form and further instructions.
• Your booking form must be emailed to Community Venues within 14 days of your request.
• Failure to submit a booking form within 14 days will result in automatic cancellation of your tentative venue request.
• Once Council receives your completed booking form, allow 5 working days for processing.
• If your booking is successful a confirmation letter will be issued.
• The security bond and hall hire fees must be paid prior to your event.

• 650m from Coburg Station on the Upfield line

A public carpark for 50+ vehicles is located 150m away on the corner of Harding and Russel Street and subject to restrictions. The car park entrances are located on Harding and Russel Street.

One accessible parking bay is available at the front of the venue.
