Making it in Merri-bek

Arts Merri-bek presents Making it in Merri-bek, an annual series of free workshops and discussions for our local arts and creative industries. Facilitated by industry experts, these events offer opportunities to engage with local artists and receive accessible and useful content for participants’ creative practice and wellbeing.

Access

All Making it in Merri-bek sessions are held in wheelchair accessible venues. Auslan interpretation is available on request (please see individual events for more detail). Please advise us of any other access needs when registering.

Suitable for

Artists, musicians, film makers, writers, makers, designers, creative practitioners, event managers and arts professionals

Moreland City Council encourages attendance from local creative practitioners who are members of culturally and linguistically diverse; LGBTQI+; Deaf; and/or disability communities and Merri-bek’s local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
