Moreland announce $3k grants for parklets 

Restaurant, cafe and bar owners can apply for a grant of up to $3,000 to build a permanent parklet and set up a COVID-safe outdoor dining area. 

What is a Parklet?
Parklets are re-purposed parking bays, designed to create spaces for pedestrian activity. Parklet setups could contain things like seating, tables, greenery and bike parking facilities. Although parklets are maintained by hosts, they are public space for the community to enjoy.
