Last year we put out the challenge to the Merri-bek community to support local, and buy local.

We know it’s as important as ever to keep supporting your favorite local businesses, who are still feeling the pain of 2020 and tough lockdowns.

To make it as easy as possible to find and support locals, we’re excited to launch the Love Merri-bek, Buy Local – Ultimate guide to Merri-bek businesses and venues!

It’s our new blog that will feature regular content including:

• Interactive maps
• Regular articles on the diverse range of businesses located across Merri-bek
• Profile local makers and creators and business owners

Not only is this a great online space to learn about other local Merri-bek businesses, but it’s a great opportunity to find out and contact local suppliers who you can potentially join forces with.
