Please note: we are not accepting cash payments at our Brunswick Customer Service Centre and our Glenroy Customer Service Centre. You can still pay by cheque, EFTPOS or credit card (VISA/Mastercard). If you need to pay by cash, please visit our Moreland Civic Centre in CoburgYou can also pay in cash by taking your bill to any Australia Post.

Visitors are asked to sanitise their hands on arrival and maintain social distancing. Visitors are encouraged to wear masks if you cannot physically distance by 1.5 metres.

Recycling at our customer service centres

You can also drop off your household ‘hard to recycle’ items into our yellow recycling stations at Coburg, Brunswick and Glenroy customer service centres.

Customer Service Centre locations

Moreland Civic Centre in Coburg, our Brunswick Customer Service Centre and our Glenroy Customer Service Centre have all now reopened for in-person general customer service. These centres are all open from 8:30am to 5pm, and are closed on public holidays.
