Gowanbrae Riverwalk - New public toilet

Location          

Gowanbrae Riverwalk, 40 Adelaide Boulevard, Gowanbrae.

Works              

Council constructed a new 1D unisex accessible public toilet along the Gowanbrae Riverwalk trail path, in line with the Public Toilet Strategy 2012 (DOC 622Kb) (revision February 2016) Appendix D – Capital Works implementation program.

The works included:

• Construction of a new unisex accessible public toilet, west of the existing playground along Adelaide Boulevard.
• The new public toilet will be accessible from the Gowanbrae Riverwalk shared path.
• Reinstatement of the immediate surrounding area.

Program timelines

Construction complete in June 2018.
