McBryde Street, Fawkner - Drainage works

Project overview

Council has completed drainage improvement works in McBryde Street, Fawkner. The total length is 110 metres.

The works were required to address ongoing flooding issues within the drainage catchment.

The works were undertaken by Metro Asphalt Pty Ltd and comprise:

Construction of a new underground drainage system and associated pits, including connection of house drains into the new drainage system, and
Reinstatement of all concrete vehicle crossings, footpaths, park area and nature strips.
