To register you need:

• your business name
• your Australian Business Number (ABN), if applicable
• your contact details, and
• an understanding of your business, to choose the relevant business category.
• When registered, the system will send you an email with your log in details and password. You will then receive notifications of upcoming tenders relevant to your business category.

Is registering on our eTendering website safe?

All documents loaded to the system are virus checked.

Only a person with your log in and password can access your data.

Tender documentation is not accessible by our Procurement team until the tender has closed. All communication via the eTendering website are recorded for a transparent process and auditable trail.

Where do we advertise our tenders?

Public tenders are advertised in The Age newspaper on a Saturday.

Council tenders will be loaded to the eTendering website and registered companies will be notified.
