New Apple IOS photo format

In a recent IOS software update, Apple has introduced a new photo format called HEIC. 

This format is different to the accepted standards of JPEG and GIF and is designed to reduce file size.

We are working to ensure this new file format is accepted when uploaded through a form on our websites.

In the mean time, if you need to upload a photo we recommend you change the setting in your iPhone or other Apple device to save photos as JPEG.
