Council Online Services site unavailable between 5pm Friday 14 Feb to 5pm Saturday 15 Feb 2020

The Council Online Services website will not be available while we carry out scheduled maintenance between 5pm Friday 14 Feb to 5pm Saturday 15 Feb 2020.

During this time you won't be able to:

• make a Council payment online, such as rates, parking fines, animal registration renewals, licence and permit renewals, and invoices
• report a problem or make a customer request online
• make a booking request online for a Council venue
• apply for a land or property certificate
• lodge an application online, or
• access My Accounts.

You also won't be able to make a phone payment during this time.

Alternatives available are:

If the issue is urgent, such as a dog attack, flood or footpath damage, phone Council on 9240 1111 (24 hours).
