Merri-bek Community COVID-19 impact survey

Help us to design the most effective recovery plan for Merri-bek by sharing your experiences.

Moreland City Council plays a central role in supporting our community through relief and recovery from an emergency.

In response to the Victorian COVID-19 pandemic, we’re seeking input from community members to learn more about the social and economic impacts of this public health emergency on the Merri-bek community.

This information will assist us to determine what support and resources are needed by the community - particularly those more vulnerable - on our journey to recovery.

About the survey

We know this is a difficult time for many which has brought about new challenges, tough circumstances and for some, new opportunities. We’ll be asking questions about how your life has changed as a result of the pandemic and what help you’ve accessed or may need in the future.

We are interested in hearing from all members of the community and welcome everyone to participate. We’re especially interested in hearing from people who may not already access our services and who we don’t know much about.

Please note, the research survey is voluntary and anonymous.

Council has commissioned Wallis Market and Social Research to facilitate the questionnaire via phone interviews (between 4:00pm to 8.30pm during weekdays, and 10:00am to 5:00pm on weekends) and written surveys (online).

Wallis will manage the data in accordance with their Collection and Privacy Policy.
