Council electronic mail delivery
Enjoy the convenience of having your rates notice emailed to you.
To register to receive your rates notice electronically visit Moreland City Council's electronic mail delivery website and enter your email and the eNotices Reference Number found on your rate notice.
Once you register all future notices will be emailed. Other notices, such as animal registration, will still be sent to your postal address.
You can choose to receive, pay and store your bills using online banking.
BPAY View sends your bills and statements straight to the same online bank you use to pay them. With convenient email, SMS or bank message reminders and secure online or mobile access, BPAY View makes it easy to pay on time.
To register for BPAY View:
- Log into your online banking account
- Look for the BPAY View or View Bills section
- Register your Merri-bek City Council rates by entering the Biller Code: 35105
You must enter your full name and assessment number as it appears on your rate notice. For example John Andrew and Mary Citizen would be shown as J A Citizen and M Citizen and the property assessment number is located on the top right hand corner of the rate notice. An example is 1234567.
Moreland City Council is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
The personal information requested on this form is being collected by Merri-bek City Council for property, rating and voting purposes and may also be used to update your personal information otherwise held by Council (for example, contact details including email address, phone number).
The personal information will be disclosed to authorised agencies for statutory and legislative requirements and may also be used by Council for related purposes.
It will not be disclosed to any other external party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law. If the personal information is not provided you may risk not receiving Council or other authority correspondence and/or important information.
